The lake shimmered with secrets. Dark secrets. It spoke of horrors long since past, yet so new. It spoke of deceit, fear, and sorrow; of honor and betrayal. It contained the screams, pain, and degredation that only forcebreeding could have brought upon a proud femme. Every ripple, every droplet of liquid screamed danger, yet there was something intoxicating about danger..
Carefully, Arya proceeded, her daggers dancing upon the earth, carefully treading over every impring. There were hooves, many of them, dug into the ground as if a brute had put all of his weight on them. Quartets from femmes with too much weight on their backs, and most of all - areas where the grass was gone completely. Worn out from overuse, she supposed.
Elegant tiara lifted high, the light femmora proceeded to the edge of the water, peering at it intensely as if it would give her answers.. knowledge..

Light crept its way across the beautiful, cursed terrain. Lord Of The Lyghts, Avalanche, trotted freely through the barren terrain around the Lake. He knew well not to enter it, for it was against all his Lyght ethics to forcebreed a mare, but he had decided to take a loop through the terrain to enjoy its splendid waters. He, as a stallion, was not under threat, of course. The elegant Lord arched his cranium to touch the soft, sweet waters of the Lake. This was a wonderful place - so sad that it was misused by Darqlings. Suddenly, a familiar scent caught the stag's nares. Confused, 'e lifted his tiara sharply, as the scent made sense to him. Arya. The young mare he had asked, so foolishly, to be his Queen. Perhaps it was a simple crush - the stag didn't know, but all at once all of his sensed were buzzing DANGER to him. Why was his mare here, in the land of the Forcebreeders? Was she already concieved? 'Is heart dropped a ton, and at once the stallion was running, running to where the Earth guided him. So there she was, 'er elegant, beautiful figurine pristine even pictured against the bright countryside. She was alone!, thought Avalanche gratefully, stepping forwards at once into the valley.
"M'Lady. I do not wish to know how you got here, or why you got here. But we must leave - now."
He spoke urgently, quietly, all senses alert to the sound of approaching Darqlings. But inside those soft, trusting blue eyes was betrayal. It did not take an idiot to realise the mare had come here out of her own accord. She had hurt Avalanche slightly at her refusal to be in his harem - but this was beyond understanding. Why, did the mare wish to go and be forcebred when she had a kind, loving terrain and lord who would gladly give her a foal? He knew that Arya knew that, and that hurt him more than any physical pain an equine could endure...

(Nice Post!) The urgency in his vocals startled her. Arya instantly pricked her auds and lifted her tiara, nape arched. Blue pools sharpened, searching for the source of the voice. It didn't take her long. Almost directly 'cross from her was her lord, Avalanche. She didn't know whether to run away or to rejoyce and run towards him, but her mind was still in shambles after the incident just a few hours before. Already, the sky was darkening and the first faint stars were appearing. Evening was dawning on them, and the sun's reign was over.
Why? What?
Her words tumbled over her tongue, not gracefully, but rather stupidly - like they were just fighting to get out. Maybe those words would have been better said earlier, when her lord had popped the question. Now that the words were out, she could not simply stand and wait for an answer. That look on the stud's face.. It freaked her out a bit. Slowly, the femme inched forward, her hooves leaving naught but a few bent grasses - not scars in the earth, like the others..

ooc:// Thanx, you too! [glow=gold,8,000] The stag looked at her, his azure orbs troubled.
"'Tis the haunted terrain. No fae has come out of here unconcieved."
He emited, the words sharp and painful, like a razor.
"'Til now. Run, Arya. Run now."
He spoke, a deep urgency in his tones once more. She had to get out! Now! Before 'twas too late...

ooc:// Well it woudl do a nice twist..but leaves my brain EMPTY on what to write. So your choice kinda...either make the plot more interesting, or suffer my panicky writer's blockage. 0.o
