The sun shone bright in the sky as the morning came. The lake in the south rippled and shone in the sun light as the wind swept across the grass. It didn't seam possible that this place was were sins happened. Unsuspecting mares were lured here hoping to get some peace. Yet they do not, they leave this land frightened and spirit broken.
The young white mare that was lured here was young. She never knew what this place was, but has seen it. She always thought it was a nice place and wanted to come and see what it was like here. As the mare trotted into the land she felt forbbiding, the mare didn't know why. Arching her neck, Kat, neared the lake and stopped. She lowered her head and started to graze.
Kat munched on the grass and flicked her ears. She was very peaceful at the moment. Snorting loudly and happily Kat searched the lands for a moment and then layed down onto her side, wondering why the place was so quiet. Yet it seamed forbidding, did something happen here a long time ago?

A soft thump of hoofs was heard off in the distance or it seemed to be. A muscular buckskin stepped from the forest. The soft hoof beats had come from him. He slinked over to the vixen at a slow walk. He to was young but unlike the mare had been drawn here by something else, the sweet scent of mares. As he neared the resting mare he nickered to her a soft but stern kind of nicker. He couldn't get to her if she was lying down so he would have to cox her up before he attacked. He wasn't the smartest stallion and he knew that, he was very thick headed and had always depended on his amazing strength to get him through life.
Hello
There was no way of hiding the deep cold tones that had developed in the 3 year olds voice. The scars of the past showed through to, the most visible was the zig-zagging scar across his chest. He attempted to seem gentle and loving......he tried to seem 'Lyght'. This would never happen to him again it just didn't work for him. Even if it was to get this mare never ever again....well unless this whole thing worked out for him.

The mare looked up at the stallion. She smiled slightly and said quietly, "Hello." Yet something was different about the stallion. He seamed nice, but he was different. Something. She got up and stood around to face the stallion. "I am Kat, you?" The white mare stared at the stallion, he was nice looking and seamed gentle. Snorting softly, Kat lowered her head and took a bite of grass. It was sweet and tasted great. Lifting her head again and studied the stallion. He really was good looking, but something was still strange. Kat did not know what it was though.

He smiled she was up now. But not yet if she was still trusting him he would wait. His black tassels were tossed back as he looked at the mare. It was a good thing that his parents had not cursed him with a dark name. This way he could just tell them and not fear her running away.
I am Ringo
The buskins form ripped as a fly landed on it, but his long wistful banner easily reached up and swiped the fly away. He took a step forward and smiled at her waiting to test how smart she was.

Snorting loudly, Kat eyes Ringo as he approached. Stepping back two paces, she stared at the ebony colored stallion. She didn't know yet if he was trustful. "It is nice to meet you Ringo," Kat said quietly, still feeling something forbidden about the stallion. Kat shook her head and stepped back again watching the stallion's every move watchfully.
"So..." Kat said quietly, "Why are you here? I thought it was pretty here." Kat lowered her head slightly and closed her eyes for a moment wondering why the stallion was here. She stomped her hoof into the soft grass, she was bored and wanted really something to do. Maybe that was a wrong wish and should stay bored, Kat didn't know that though.

The buskin stag snorted and stepped closer to the vixen how had shied away slightly. His deep raspy vocals sprang out like ice in the warm day.
I to was drawn to this realm by its beauty
He lied to the mare with ease. What else was he suppose to say if only he could get around her. He side stepped slightly giving her more room and himself a better chance to strike. (sorry another bad post)

Kat suddenly became wary, she didn't know why. Maybe it was just the brute's icy tones. Brining her head up, the fae lifted her hooves off the ground slightly as she stared at the brute cautiously. She then replied,
"OK. This place is very nice."
White vix turned her head to look at the lake for a moment. It was sparkling because of the sun, the water rippled as wind blew across the surface. The place certinaly was beautiful.

Ringo saw his chance to strike as the mare took her orbs off him. In a few quick movements the stallion was behind the mare and on two pillars. Ready to come down upon the vixens back. He would be able to land if the mare didn't noticed and he hoped she wouldn't. Front pillars came down attempting to find a grip on the mare. Golden pelt almost seemed to fade slightly as he no longer seemed light the sun seemed to know. Odd he thought but cared not he was busy at the moment.

Kat looked back to the spot were Ringo was before. Snorting softly in confussion, she looked around. When she looked behind her, her blood became cold. She squealed loudly in surprise, and started off. Though she could feel the stag's weight on her. Half rearing, she tried to get off. She just wanted to get away.

Thunder heard a mare squeal and he threw his body in the air and snorted and then thundered towards the sound. Hate showing across his red eyes. He knew there would be trouble and although he was mean and cruel he would not pick on a defenseless mare. He came upon a stallion in the air and white mare trying to get away. He wondered if he was too late. He threw his body in the air once more, his muscles rippling.

[glow=black,2,300]Ringo release his grip on the mare as another stallion approached. Ivories bared and auds pinned as the stallion drew closer. A dagger lifted of the ground telling the stag to beat it, and yet at the same time challenging him to try any thing. The dagger came down hard digging into the grassy turf.
Beat it
The buckskin yelled at the on coming stallion. It was probably some light coming to rescue the mare. How typical, but this stallion wasn't willing to give up a mare that easily. It wasn't this mare per say he could have cared less about her, it was more or less for his self pride. Rearing up the bronc struck out at the stag before him. Then landed hard, keeping a close watch on the mare. [/glow]

Orbs stared from brute to brute for a moment. She shook her head and took a hasty step back. She wanted to get away. She wanted to get away from the place. Kat took another step back, inching her away further from the two. She knew she couldn't fight a stallion, espessially since she was a light and he was a dark. Snorting softly in fear, Kat stared at the two wondering if it was the right time to run.
