A large, rather well framed hellioness two-beat into the lands. She rippled her sleek ebon pelt to rid herself of flies, but her movement never made noise, despite her efforts. She was silent, like a shadow. She had a trained herself to be this way, for when she hunted. But she was not here to hunt. No, by some Darq Lord had she been sent here. Rapped at Lake Vladamere, cruelty had made her live to come to this canyon. her barrel had swelled over the few months of pregnancy, and now, it was time for her foal.
As Dark Serendipity approached a cave, which she could see no further than a few feet into, and gone a little ways into it, she collapsed onto the hard, clammy ground. her sides heaved up and down and she took her breaths, each one more difficult than the last. And at last, when it came, she did not cry out in pain or let out terrified whinnies. No, she was quiet. At last! The foal was out of her! She quickly stood up, beginning to clean it. As she cleaned, Serendipity realized that her foal was a filly, a litha flicka. Yes, a filla was hers. She must kill it. Now. But as the filly gazed up at her with ruby orbs, she fell for her. It was an emotion she had never know, what was it? Love? Love? Was it love? Yes, it was love. How she hated it. Oh well. Time to think of a name for the young one. After many minutes, she had come up with it. It was a strange name, but nonetheless, it was a name.
